In addition we only sell high-quality heating, ventilation and air conditioning products, equipment, and accessories.
Our primary service areas are all of the North Hills and surrounding communities such as Allison, Park, Bradford Woods, Cheswick, Cranberry Township, Fox Chapel, Franklin Park, Gibsonia, Glenshaw, Hampton Township, McCandless, Richland Township, Ross Township, Sewickley, Shaler Township, Sharpsburg, Squirrel Hill, Wexford, the City of Pittsburgh and many other areas. A Brief History
Dynamic Heating & Cooling Systems a Division of Executive Maintenance Services, LLC which is a full service Residential and Commercial Maintenance Company, specializing in heating and cooling.
We can perform all aspects of mechanical maintenance in your home or office. All services are provided in a timely, professional and courteous manner. We sell, install, service and repair all brands of HVAC equipment.
Residential and commercial snow removal. Founded by me, Ken Batko in 2000 after being laid off from a large hospital that closed its doors.
I built EMS from a maintenance and snow removal business with just a few clients, to its current operation to hundreds of clients now.With one philosophy, treat all your customers like they are the only one you have, and word of mouth advertising.
